Julian Greaves had at the time been in the industry for over 11 years and had gained vast experience in a wide range of the industry having worked for a large contractor following a training period with a small company. Julian decided to start his own business and the company quickly took off and began to gain a reputation for a high standard of work, which lead directly to the sort of client base which he had always striven to be involved with i.e. those where money’s although always important was not the only reason for employing a company and where standards were deemed essential. The company’s philosophy remains the same thirty years on.
