General administration fees: We do not levy charges against tenants other then for failed referencing, mid contract variations or in the case of agreed early surrender of an active tenancy contract. If a fee is considered necessary, it will be calculated on the basis of the charge levied upon JHK by the outside reference agency plus a maximum internal administration charge of £125 +VAT.
