Together with designers and architects, we build prototype after prototype. We meddle, tweak, and debate. We test, rebuild, and test again. Relentless refinement until an original sketch evolves into the best piece of furniture it can possibly be. It takes a skilled maker to craft an Isokon Plus piece, one possessing a meticulous attention to detail and an obsession with quality. It takes time too. Our team, led by Chris McCourt and Mark Smith, makes furniture in small batches. We’re efficient with our resources, but we don’t rush. Wood is slow. Our veneers are handpicked; our oak logs meticulously sourced. We only work with the very best materials. Everything is handmade in our London workshop; our pieces are crafted to last forever.
