As accredited centres for the CMI and ILM we also provide accredited training from first line manager through to the Certificate in Strategic Management. Alongside this training, we also have an expert team that deliver equality and diversity training. Our approach to staff development also includes using a blending learning approach to maximise and accelerate learning and business improvements. As part of our consultancy services, we have worked with numerous organisations in identifying solutions and designing in business improvements with a strong emphasis on value for money.
