I like to take time to talk to my customers, allowing me to ensure that I tailor the service specifically to your dog's individual requirements. Please let me know about any skin conditions or dislikes your dog may have, so that I can provide a safe and calm environment at all times. In the interest of your dog's comfort, I kindly request that you please cancel your appointment if your dog is coughing or unwell. I will, of course, be happy to re-schedule at a more suitable time. My name is Ian and I have been grooming dogs for eleven years, before which I was a chef for twenty years. I undertook my training, firstly at Paws-a-While in Southport, then at Paws 'n' Claws in west Bury where I learned from the owner, author and show judge, Linda Adam. I really admired the way that Linda groomed each dog, and it seems I wasn't the only one, as they all came in wagging their tails, and went out the same way. She always had time for a chat to her customers, allowing her to be confident that the service she provided catered exactly for the dog's, and its owner's, specific requirements. This is an approach that I have looked to emulate, and one that I am proud of, which you can see by the emphasis I place on offering a one-to-one service.
