The Hotel also operates the Whitstable Fisherman’s Huts and a collection of seaside accommodation in the centre of the town. The hotel has its own Bar and Brasserie set out over three ground floor rooms overlooking the Thames Estuary that serves a varied French style menu. The Brasserie is open 7 days per week and provides classic, freshly prepared dishes using the finest local ingredients.
