There are three sides of the business: computer repair, tuition and website design. Each fits well with the other and it’s useful to be able to offer clients the range of services they need. A working computer they can better use. A website they can control. We don’t want to offer services for every piece of technology (we generally don’t do phones for example) because it’s better to specialise in a few things than try and do everything and not do it well. We’re not trying to be the next PC world – from customer feedback, it’s as apparent now as it was when we first opened that service and price is often compromised due to overheads and staffing issues at such places. We get things done faster and cheaper than they can with customer service and skills all our customers enjoy. Horncastle Computer Services is run by Nathaniel Moody who does the bulk of the work. Nathaniel has a passion for IT and the success of work completed is down a keen interest in technology from a very early age. Most IT knowledge has been self-taught as well as completing AS- and A-levels in computing, electronics, physics, maths (and geography). His Masters in Urban Studies and Planning and teaching qualifications have added interpersonal skills necessary for computer /technology jobs involving customer service.
