Our produce is locally sourced, organic where possible and our meat comes from grass fed and outdoor reared animals. We buy fair trade products whenever possible and we get our fish from a sustainable fish monger. Breads and cheese are hand crafted and artisan. We have a team of highly skilled and passionate chefs who create beautiful, elegant and delicious dishes every day with the freshest of produce. They also bring with them an array of cuisines from around the world, including speciality vegetarian & vegan foods.
