At the beginning of 2018 Rufus Owen took over the running of HCPS. With over 15 years experience in the property industry Rufus has accrued considerable knowledge of the area and its property, as well as establishing an exceptional network of contacts both in and out of the industry – invaluable assets for a successful buying agent.
