Living and working in Helensburgh we have much experience in dealing with the local Planning and Building Control Departments as well as those close by. As large areas of the local area are designated as Conservation Areas some developments may require consents that would not be necessary elsewhere. We are able to advise and guide you through exactly what is required for your project. Iain and Hilary McIntosh graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee in 1995. Before setting up their own practice Iain worked for Burnet Bell in Glasgow and Hilary worked for Keppie Design. They worked on a wide variety of projects both large and small including The Overgate Centre, Dundee, University of the West of Scotland Library in Paisley, Ninewells Hospital in Dundee and Queens Park Hospital in Blackburn. The projects undertaken in the practice are mainly domestic in size, however our experience in large practices and projects allows us to provide the level of detailed information and professional services on these smaller scale jobs that is required and expected on large ones.
