Our office is open to help customers from 9am to 5pm and outside of these hours, calls are diverted to our on call engineer who can help with emergency call outs. We appreciate the reliance that infirm or elderly customers have on their heating systems, and will always give priority to these customers without compromising our other customers service. All our engineers have ID cards, wear our corporate uniform with pride and CRB checked for complete peace of mind. We specialise in boiler fault diagnosis, and will guarantee to identify the fault on our first visit. What’s more, our engineers carry a vast array of spare parts on their vehicles; this significantly reduces the likelihood of trips to plumbing merchants, reducing time and labour costs.
