We use a traditional slow roast method of cooking which ensures the meat is both succulent and tender. Not only do we serve the most succulent tender meat we also ensure that the crackling is cooked to perfection by scoring and salting the rind prior to cooking. We are passionate about the food we provide, using only the best, locally sourced produce to ensure our customers get the quality they deserve. Our ovens are also excellent at cooking lamb, beef, turkey and chicken plus we are always looking for something new and exciting to offer our customers.
