They watched Hat Borrower grow since it was established by Heidi Kirley in 2013 and there is even a "Della" hat, named by the now owner back in the business' early days! We love hiring out our hats and fascinators for weddings, christenings, Cheltenham Races, Royal Ascot, Glorious Goodwood, Henley Royal Regetta and graduations and hearing all about wear they get taken.
