Griffin Windows first opened its doors in South Wales in 1991. Originally it employed approximately 12 people producing 250 frames per week. An early initiative was the unique offer of a fully glazed conservatory delivered to site. The first in the industry to do so. Success quickly ensued and with a turnover of £15million in 1989/99 a 50,000 square foot extension was built onto the original building. Griffin was now placed to increase production capacity to 7,000 frames per week. In 2001 the company was acquired by Masco Corporation giving the opportunity of further investment and production development. Today Griffin operates out of 4 sites with over 400 employees. The Company offers a complete product range, a “One stop Shop” for many of its customers. Products include Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Roofs as well as niche products such as Vertical Sliding Windows, Composite Doors, Mock Horns and Astrical Bars.
