Nick Graff, MREC and Siân Maher, MREC – Owners and Co-Directors of Grafters Group met in the late 80s, whilst working for a large National Recruitment Agency. Sian managed the Commercial Office and Nick managed the Industrial Office. Both passionate about this industry and looking to provide a tailor-made and personal service, they joined forces to open Grafters Recruitment Consultants in 1999, offering a much needed and refreshing approach to Recruitment, without the target driven and sales aspect the industry was known for. With Awards to match, Grafters soon became the most successful recruitment agency in this area. Grafters Accountancy Personnel was opened in 2006 and Grafters Transport followed in 2012.
