If you have a complaint, comment or compliment about any aspect of the care you have received from the practice please contact the reception supervisors or dental receptionist in the first instance. The practice operates a strict confidentiality policy. Information about patients will not be disclosed to any unauthorised person or organisation without the patient’s consent. Records may be accessed by assessors for the Quality and Outcomes Framework, Enhanced Services or the Quality Practice Award. If your records are analysed this will be purely for quality assessment purposes and none of your details will be taken from the practice. The practice operates the NHS Zero Tolerance policy with regard to violence and abuse of staff. Physical violence and verbal abuse are a growing concern in the NHS and all staff have the right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused.
