We cook all our food fresh to order — so hot and crisp fish and chips straight from the fryer. We peel and chip our potatoes each morning which are then double cooked to give a perfect chip — fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside. And it’s not just our fish and chips that are prepared with love — our pies are homemade, as are our mushy and minted peas, fishcakes, curry sauce and gravy; and our homemade tartare sauce is the best you’ll ever taste! - Our fish is fully sustainable. Our cod and haddock is MSC certified. - All of our packaging is completely compostable. - We use 100% green electricity. - Our restaurant toilets are flushed using rainwater. - We recycle all paper, card, glass, tins and plastic. - All our food waste goes to an anaerobic digester - producing compost and power.
