We will get you on the road as quickly as any other company, arrange to have your vehicle moved to a reputable repair centre (your preferred centre if you wish). The replacement vehicle will be tested in your borough and your operating equipment (meter, data head, plates, etc) will be in/on the replacement vehicle. When your vehicle is repaired it will be retested (and therefore a new 6/12month test certificate) and the equipment transferred back to your vehicle. We work very closely with a firm of lawyers who will handle all the legal aspects of your case, they arrange for an independent insurance engineer to inspect your vehicle, when the third party insurer give us the go ahead repairs begin. If you are injured, in the accident we, through our solicitors, can arrange treatment and compensation. If you have a no-fault accident most insurance companies tell you that you must use their services for the claim, that is not true, you can use anybody you wish, as long as you inform your insurance company.
