At Foxcotte Veterinary Group we know your pet is a special member of your family, giving you pleasure, companionship and love. In April 1986, Alan Woods purchased the surgery in Charlton, Andover which he initially ran as a single man practice. The business grew with the acquisition of the Ludgershall practice in August 1987 and the Whitchurch branch was opened in January 1993. Alan Woods decided to retire in early 2016 and sold Foxcotte Veterinary Group to a small veterinary group and then it was subsequently bought by Independent Vetcare in August 2017. The practice is now run by our longstanding Foxcotte employee Andreas Knapp and Cerrie Sherfield who work together as joint Clinical Directors. They are supported by the Practice Manager and a small management team, who bring a wealth of experience with them from all areas of veterinary medicine.
