FORM – Architecture and Planning is an independent consultancy which was founded in 2009 by Paul Uttley and Mike Chidzey, both formerly Directors of a large multi-disciplinary Architectural and Planning Practice. Both have an extensive range of experience having worked and held senior positions in both local government and the private sector. Schemes have ranged from large mixed use regeneration schemes, involving the co-ordination of large multi-disciplinary project teams to smaller single use projects.
