My wonder-lust then took me to Japan (Kyoto & Tokyo) for 5 years — teaching European floral design. From there I continued teaching and demonstrating in Taiwan & Hong Kong and gradually wound my way back to England. I loved these new experiences and back in the UK, I broadened my horizons working as Head of Floral Design at Myerscough College in Lancashire, as School Principal at Paula Pryke Flowers in London and then running my own flower boutique ‘Bloom2’ in Kingsclere, Berkshire. During this time I continued doing some work in Asia and doing floral presentations at national shows and events such as Hampton Court Flower Show, The National Flower Arranging Show, Spring Florist Event and the Hong Kong Flower Show.
