Flow was created in 2013, providing an environment with wellbeing at its heart; an opportunity to feel healthy, have fun & enjoy movement. Within our dedicated physio clinic & wellbeing studio based in Torquay in Devon, we also have a plastic free, minimal waste sustainable shop, offering a range of products helping us be more conscious consumers, including a refillables station for your household refills.
