Both went on to attend the University, Francis, to the University of Ulster, completing a degree in Building Engineering and Kieran, to Queens University, completing a degree and post graduate diploma in Architecture. Subsequently, they pursued separate careers, Francis, in Building Surveying, Property Investment and Property Development and Kieran, in Architecture and Local Government.
