Lloyd originally qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1993. He has considerable experience across the South and West Wales property market and has always specialised in pre-purchase surveys. Having previously gained experience with a number of corporate surveying firms, Lloyd spent a number of years with the Principality Building Society as both a surveyor and subsequently as Professional Services Manager. Since 2010, Lloyd has developed Fairwood Survey and Fairwood Energy into two dynamic and well respected businesses with an ever growing list of private and corporate clients. Fairwood Solutions now brings both these businesses together under one umbrella. This represents an exciting new chapter and we look forward to further building on our success in the years to come.
