Caroline began training in counselling and psychotherapy over 14 years ago. Prior to that, she lived in Turkey where she ran her own restaurant and hotel business for ten years. Upon returning to the UK, Caroline worked as a Turkish translator for Local Government, Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire Constabulary. During this time, she set up a support group in Gloucester for Kurdish and Turkish women seeking asylum or refugee status. This was when the magic happened: she decided to learn more about the field of counselling to offer enduring and substantial support to those who need it. Since qualifying as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, Caroline has worked at GLOSCOL (Cheltenham, Gloucester and Royal Forest of Dean) as head of psychological services for personnel and students — working with students ages 15 to 70.
