Our chiropractor, Jorgen Pedersen is a qualified professional with many years of experience in this field. He qualified in 1986 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. Following his graduation, he returned to Denmark to complete his compulsory internship with Mr Kim Delmar in Odense. Later on, he worked for about two and a half years in Fredericia running a clinic there. In October 1989, he took up a position as associate chiropractor with Mr Dominic Humphries with the aim to develop Enniskillen Chiropractic Clinic to a full-time practice. Chiropractic is a health profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints and muscles), and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. There is an emphasis on manual treatments including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation. Chiropractors have a specialist interest in neck and back pain, but when they assess their patient they take their entire physical, emotional and social well-being into account.
