Tracey spent a year living abroad which gave her an appreciation of the difficulties experienced when individuals are placed outside their comfort zone. Not only from the tensions felt when working in multicultural work environments but also when professionals need to tackle matters that are outside their normal area of expertise. A particularly valued strength that is apparent, developed during Tracey’s formative career years training as a Barrister then working for one of the world’s top accountancy firms, is the commercial experience and financial understanding which that top level training and work experience endowed her with. These attributes coupled with Tracey’s excellent communication skills assures clients of clear, sensible, understandable solutions which are proportionate to the complexity and financial liability involved in each unique employment situation.
