I started practising Ashtanga yoga as a means to counteract my regular running pratice. ​ I became aware very quickly of the positive effect yoga was having on all aspects of my life. Together with improved strength and flexiblity, yoga brought me a sense of self awareness and calm. ​ I am very fortunate to have a wonderful and supportive teacher who helped me to develop a self practice and encouraged me down the fascinating path of yoga teaching. Everyday my self practice helps me develop a greater understanding of what my body needs.
