We take a holistic approach to healthcare focusing on the structure and function of the body so we consider, for example, muscles, ligaments, nerves, bones, joints and the circulation of fluids as well as the Involuntary Rhythm throughout the body. Elizabeth Clayton DO qualified as an osteopath in 1990 and practiced osteopathy for 29 years before retiring from the osteopathic register (GOsC) in February 2019. She now practices as a Cranial and Physical Practitioner, using the skills she developed over the years, ie working in the same with way with the same ethics. We use our hands to relieve pain, tension and stiffness, helping you to feel more comfortable and to help your whole body function more efficiently. We pay attention to detail and aim to help people to help themselves, not just provide a quick fix. We consider all aspects of a person’s welfare including physical and mental, exercise and relaxation, nutrition, body-use and posture, effects of physical and emotional stress.
