With over 25 years industry experience behind them, directors Keith Meadows and Martin Singleton set up Elite Windows and Conservatories in 2004 to give clients the very best possible products and service. Each and every project, whether small or large, benefits from their input – Martin deals with the initial consultation and pricing whilst Keith carries out surveys, technical specifications and directing the fitting. Elite employs their own team of fitters and do not sub-contract this part of the operation. Fully qualified, experienced electricians and plumbers are used on the installation of conservatories. The company is a member of FENSA - the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme. It was set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation to allow registered companies to self-certify that their installations comply with current Building Regulations. A percentage of Elite’s work is inspected by a FENSA appointed inspector to ensure standards are met and maintained. FENSA will also inform local authorities of all completed registered installations and will issue a certificate to the homeowner confirming compliance.
