From the age of 17, I served my apprenticeship with Andersons of Darlington, moving onto Turners of Middlesbrough at the age of 22. I worked there for 8 years where I then progressed and started work for Middlesbrough Council and remained there for 10 years. At the age of 40 I established Eddie Parkin Painting & Decorating, where I have grown and proven to be a respected small decorating business in the North East of England. With 36 years of experience in the trade, I pride myself in working closely with the customer to ensure they receive a professional, friendly and personal service. The quality of my workmanship ensures that the majority of my work comes through personal recommendations.
