Hazel gained her NNEB Diploma with distinction in 1991 and went on to work as a nanny, in many different capacities including daily, live-in, full time and part time positions, she also worked as a temporary nanny and maternity nurse. Hazel is also a mum to two and understands the importance of finding not just childcare, but the right childcare.She undertakes every interview personally and believes that by establishing a good rapport with every carer and client the perfect match for everyone can be found.Hazel prides herself on the friendly, encouraging approach which East Green offers and believes that good communication between carer, parent and agency is essential in establishing trust and peace of mind.
