Engineering Maintenance Services was established in 1986 and has grown steadily over three decades. It is a privately owned company, ran under the excellent leadership and guidance of its Board of Directors, from its base in London EC1 and branch offices in Essex and Norwich. The company has a successful, solid foundation in the Building Services Maintenance industry with a wide portfolio of clients within both the private and public sectors. As a result of client/customer demand, EMS Engineering Maintenance Services have branched into refurbishment and project work. Our Installation Department was established in 1996 under its own Director, utilising dedicated Engineers and Subcontractors for contract work. This has grown steadily working in all sectors and with projects up to a value of £3m. EMS Engineering Maintenance Services have gained a wealth of essential experience, providing a service to many Local Authorities, Hospitals, Municipal Buildings, Student Resident Accommodation, Housing Associations, Offices and Hostels.
