We are fully registered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board to provide legal Aid services. We offer a free diagnostic interview to discuss any problems that you might be facing by telephone or face to face. We will also always discuss your eligibility for Legal Aid at this initial meeting. In the event that you do not qualify for Legal Aid then we will always discuss our fee structures in advance and work out a payment plan to suit you. We are also happy to deal with cases for fixed fees to enable you to budget accordingly.
