On the rare occasion, we are unable to fulfil an obligation to you (such as a pre-arranged deadline) we will contact you as soon as we realise that the deadline can not be met and discuss the options available before agreeing on an alternative. We do not like the idea that some clients find their meetings with their accountants a “daunting prospect”.
