Dionne’s Work history includes managing director’s fine dining events and business lunches and dinners at Merrill Lynch, Channel 4, Channel 5, FA Soho square, National Gallery and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Dionne moved from management within corporate hospitality in London to start her up her own private catering business in Saffron Walden. Dionne has been passionate about food for as long as she remembers, most childhood memories are food related. Brought up in a home where food was always prepared with fresh ingredients and made with love.
