We pride ourselves on our workshops, because we are able to keep you riding when you most need it. It you have an event coming up, but you need a part before then, we’ll do our best to source it and fit it for you in time. We have Cytech qualified mechanics with decades of experience between them, so any problem you bring to us, we are confident that that we will be able to assist. No question is too silly or too small. Our stores have highly skilled staff working in fully equipped workshops to help you keep your bike in tip top condition or to upgrade it to the latest technology. You don’t need to have bought your bike from us to have it serviced here – and it doesn’t have to be a high end, expensive model – we cater for all. Our Service Managers are completely dedicated to your mechanical needs, keep you up to date with your job and liaise with manufacturers to implement any warranty claims, as well as ensuring all the parts you need are either in the shop, or a mouse click away. All repair staff hold industry recognised qualifications such as Cytech or City & Guilds and are all regular cyclists with many years of experience. This means that we’ve seen most things and know those little things that sort out problems that others wouldn’t be able to solve. We have experience in both road and mountain bikes from the basics right up to electronic diagnosis and configuration on Shimano Di2/ SRAM eTAP or leading brand electric bikes.
