Paul’s IT background started at the age of eight when he was given a BBC Micro computer before progressing to desktop PCs running Microsoft Windows 3.1. From there Paul has continued to build his knowledge and experience of operating systems, mastering Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and more recently Windows 8, Linux and OSX (on Apple computers). Paul continues to spend many hours reading and contributing to online computer support forums, putting the knowledge he has gained through experience and computer courses at college to good use, helping others. In 2003 Paul set up Paul Brown Services with help from The Princes Trust. At first the company operated in a spare room of the house but soon outgrew its humble beginnings and moved into a purpose built office.
