Hardware must be returned within 30 days for refund. All non-faulty items that are returned or exchanged for different items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may, at our discretion only charge a 5% restocking fee provided the item is returned with non-ripped packaging in un-used condition. Items must be returned with a receipt. No returns or refunds on consumable items, printer cartridges, services, or items returned incomplete or without all original packaging. All new goods supplied are covered by a 12 months manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise, guarantees/warranties are not insurance backed. This does not affect your statutory rights. We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be time where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
