All our registered carers have been interviewed in person in order to best assess them and their identity, references and qualifications have been thoroughly checked. We require that they hold an up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, a valid First Aid Certificate and a relevant child care qualification and/or experience. Also, most nannies are now Ofsted registered, which allows you as an employer to use childcare vouchers as part payment. We pride ourselves on having a great insight into the world of families and children and a very deep understanding of what makes the relationship between parents and nannies work successfully.
