Our clients have benefitted from state of the art blended learning solutions including use of Computer Based Training (CBT). Using professional audio/visual specialists we can create ‘talking head’ commentary on key deliverables, system simulators and best practice videos. As an example, a FTSE100 company used us to help train and validate a sales process change for a regulated salesforce including managers of over 1,100 in number over a three week period. The CBT took care of the majority of the training messages and process changes, with 22 national consolidation events at football stadiums helping delegate to fully understand these and undertake validations to authorise them to continue selling. This approach was completed successfully with NO detriment to productivity in the salesforce.
