All labour is charged at a competitive rate. I do not work on an hourly charge, I work on a set price so you pay no more than you have to (typical charge £30-40 depending on work required). If extra parts are required prices vary but quality components are always used. I understand a fast service is important so I aim for a 24-48 hour turnaround. I'm quite often available during the evening and weekends for those who are busy during office hours.
