He is currently one of approximately a dozen people in the United Kingdom with dual qualifications practicing as a Physiotherapist and Osteopath. Initially, after qualifying, Stephen worked in central London for four years as well as in a multidisciplinary sports injury clinic and at The Central School of Ballet. He opened his practice in his home town of Deal, Kent in 1987 and has remained here since. Between 2001 and 2011 he provided on-site treatment in the Pfizer Occupational Health Dept. He is an Accredited Qualified Provider for the Eastern and Coastal Kent Primary Care Trust, enabling the Practice to provide musculoskeletal care for the NHS. The practice is also registered with the Care Quality Commission which regulates and maintains standards of patient care and safety for the Government.
