In 1990 the company moved to Upminster and in 1996, after the retirement of Alan and Stan coates, Coates Brothers (upminster ) was established. The company to this day still has many of its original staff and apprentices, and Simon, Vic and Carl have all worked for Coates brothers for over 20 years. Coates Brothers undertake work for both Lewisham and Havering council, Church of England Pensions Board, Jocelyn chase, Lafarge Aggregate, Whirlidge & Knott and family Mosaic, amongst a few! We have a yard, workshops and offices based in Upminster, and have full Public and employers liability insurances (copies available upon request). We work in both the public and business sectors and pride ourselves on our reputation!
