We've long believed that it was possible to sell top quality products at low prices without the high pressure selling techniques that so many of the national fast-fit chains use. We recognised the truth in the old saying that "people deal with people", and we knew that, along with top quality products, most customers simply want honest, impartial advice, impeccable service and low prices - without the need to haggle! And if they could have a pleasant, air conditioned waiting room with comfy chairs, refreshments, TVs, WiFi and amusements for the kids, then so much the better. Not rocket science, as they say, so why was nobody doing it? In January 2009, having been joined by some incredibly talented and loyal former colleagues (Paul, Sam, Turbo, Steve - take a bow!), we opened the doors of our Riga Wharf, Bristol Road premises and began to put our business model to the test.
