Our staffs are trained professionally & are given regular in house exercises along with the use of the latest frying range. Our head chef & manager are awarded with food safety & catering certificates & have had training with the NFFF. We endeavour to improve individually as well as a team & only do our best to provide good quality fish & chips. Our food is prepared daily in store making sure that each fish is cut to perfection & our chips are chipped using the finest blades.
