First established thirty-five years ago by qualified Early Years Teacher and mother of four Pauline Weighell, Castle is a unique educational facility that has family at the heart of its provision. In managing the setting, Pauline has been joined by her daughter Sarah, a qualified Teacher and Early Years Professional. Both are committed to their belief in the importance of establishing a love of learning during the formative early years of your child's development. The support Castle provides its parents is also central to its philosophy. It is dedicated to offering affordable and adaptable provision whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of care delivered by highly qualified and experienced staff. Castle maintains a reputation for excellence, reflected in all of its OFSTED reports. The most recent inspection of the setting identified the children's learning as 'outstanding', commenting on 'the exceptional educational programme, equipment and resources' offering 'rich, varied and imaginative resources, helping children to make outstanding progress in their learning and development.' Castle is also acredited by the Pre-School Learning Aliance, and asociated with the Friends of the University of Warwick Early Years Training Programme, all a testament to the efforts of Castle's highly qualified and experienced team and their commitment in helping children to reach their full potential by exploring, creating and having lots of fun in a safe and caring environment.
