Our approach to helping our customers is to be accountable at all times. When you work with us, you will never be passed from pillar to post. Whoever starts to solve your problem will take ownership of it until it is resolved to your satisfaction. We are just a small team, but we all know the details of each client to make sure you get the help you need, when you need it, without any fuss or bother. We don’t work on a ‘minimum pricing’ model. If we can solve your problem in half an hour, you’ll be charged for half an hour. We don’t think it’s fair that people should have to pay over the odds for a service they didn’t receive. At the heart of our services ethos is the belief that things should be done right. We don’t cut corners or go for ‘quick fixes’ that will break down at a later date. We’d rather walk away from a job rather than compromise on this. It’s something that has stood us in good stead over the years.
