​Following the acquisition of the Company in August 2014 by the D V Watkins groups director's M H Watkins and D V Watkins. The Company originally was successfully established in 1970 as building contractors. However, following the Housing Act 1988 it was evident there was an opening to offer a Professional Management Service to Landlords, which led to the opening of the office in School Lane, Leominster. We are a dedicated Letting Agent well known for our professional approach to the management of properties which relieves the pressure off Landlords and is particularly helpful to Non-Resident Landlords. Looking forward Caldicott Property Lettings and Management Ltd are looking to expand on the very well established portfolio the Company was founded on to the benefit of both Landlords and Tenants.
