CCS Catering was established in 2005. It is owned and run by Clare Dixon. Clare has over 25 years experience within the hospitality sector, covering every aspect from finger buffets to fine dining. Together with the CCS Team, whose combined experience and knowledge covers every area of expertise, working with our clients to tailor our service to their exact requirements. The CCS team provides a highly professional, yet friendly service and they all share a passion for producing locally sourced, high quality cuisine with superior service.
